La photo date de 1949, il s'agit de Syl Anderton sur sa 500 GP . Ce pilote anglais participa à deux Tourist Trophy avec cette machine , Il termina non classé en 1949 et 47ème en 1950 .Il couru aussi sur 350 AJS et 500 Norton entre 1949 et 52.Son meilleur classement au TT sera en 1951 où il termina 17ème sur la Manx .
